Project Description: Serving as the prime contractor on this firm fixed price contract, CUI provides computer facilities management services to the 194th Maintenance Battalion
Specifically, CUI:

  • Provides help desk services; hardware and software support, to over 250 users in locations both in garrison and field locations
  • Operates 3 NT servers, 15 data circuits connecting 25 buildings on 2 bases
  • Provides end-user software and software maintenance on, NT servers and workstations, and Windows 2000 workstations, and legacy systems running Windows 95. Support includes Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and anti-virus software
  • Provides end-user support and training on system hardware and software to computer maintenance technicians
  • Provides information assurance, enterprise network monitoring, management and remote administration of core network services
  • Provides LAN/WAN/MAN management and infrastructure support including installation of new circuits, planning, design, and installation of new network backbones
  • Maintains configuration control and management of multiple networks
  • Maintains inventory control of all software, hardware, circuits, and IP addresses
  • Provides detailed system analysis supporting network system loads and configurations
  • Continuously monitors networks for unauthorized intrusion
